Terms of service

These terms cover use of StackQuil Bookings. They are a working draft and will be reviewed before public launch.

Bookings

A booking is an arrangement between you and the business. The business sets its services, prices, hours and cancellation rules and is responsible for providing the service. Prices shown are set by the business; payment is made to the business, usually at the appointment.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel online until the cut-off shown on the booking. After that, contact the business directly.

Businesses

Businesses must keep their details accurate, only add customer data they are allowed to hold, and respond to customers' requests about their data. Paid plans are not on sale yet; nothing is charged.

Acceptable use

No fake bookings, automated scraping, attempts to access other businesses' data, or use that disrupts the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
