StackQuil Bookings is run by StackQuil (New Delhi, India). This page explains what we collect when you book an appointment or run a business on the service. It is a working draft and will be reviewed before public launch.
What we collect
- Customers: name, email, optional phone, optional booking note, and the appointments you make.
- Account holders: name, email, optional phone, a hashed password, notification preferences and, in the mobile app, a push-notification token.
- Businesses: business details, services, staff, hours, appointments, customer records and payments the business records.
- Security logs: sign-ins and important changes, with IP addresses stored only as one-way hashes.
How it's used
To make and manage bookings, show businesses their schedule, send confirmations and reminders you haven't switched off, and keep the service secure. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
The business you book with sees your booking and contact details. Within a business, staff members only see customers they have appointments with. Each business's data is kept separate from every other business.
Your choices
- Download your data from My bookings → Settings.
- Delete your account there too. Your name, email and phone are removed; businesses keep an anonymised record of past visits for their own books.
- Turn email reminders or push notifications off at any time.
